Shanghai Hong Kong Plaza is located at No. 1266, North Nanjing Road, Jing'an District, between Shanxi North Road and Xikang Road. It has 66 floors above ground (288 meters), 3 floors underground, a 5-story podium, and covers an area of 30,788 square meters. The designer is Kohn Pedersen Fox. The streamlined glass building was completed in 2001 and was the tallest building in the Puxi area of Shanghai at the time of its completion. It includes office buildings and a shopping mall. The shopping mall opened for business on June 20, 2001, and officially opened on July 14, 2001. It has five floors with an area of 55,000 square meters and houses flagship stores of a number of world-renowned fashion Brands.

Shanghai Tower is a supertall skyscraper and landmark building in Shanghai, China. Its design height exceeds that of the nearby Shanghai World Financial Center. The Shanghai Tower project covers an area of 433,954 square meters, with a main building of 118 floors, a total height of 632 meters, and a structural height of 580 meters. The Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Finance Centre is a new landmark building in the Binhai New Area. On October 25, 2014, the pouring of concrete for the foundation slab of the Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Finance Centre tower began. According to a relevant person in charge of the contractor, China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., the tower's foundation pit has a maximum depth of 32.3 meters, making it the deepest foundation pit excavated in Tianjin's building construction field and one of the most difficult-to-construct super-high-rise buildings in China.

The Tianjin 117 Building is a skyscraper located in the High-tech Industrial Park of Xiqing District, Tianjin. The entire project consists of a central business district, supporting residential areas, and the Tianjin Huan Ya International Polo Sports Theme Park, and is named for its 117 floors. The main structure of the tower's above-ground 8 floors was completed at the end of 2012. On December 30, 2013, with the completion of the concrete pouring for the last section of the 38th-floor steel plate shear wall, the main tower structure of the 117 Building, constructed by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, reached a height of 200.94 meters, successfully exceeding 200 meters. By the end of November 2014, the construction below the 32nd floor was completed ahead of schedule.
