Product Introduction

The Tianjin Tower, a cluster of buildings consisting of the "Jin Tower," a 336.9-meter-high skyscraper with a sail-like design, and the ultra-five-star St. Regis Hotel "Jinmen," symbolizing the city's open gateway, is one of Tianjin's most significant completed urban projects. From its location in the city's core financial district along the Haihe River, to its role in driving the development of Tianjin's financial and business sectors, the Tianjin Global Financial Center is a key new landmark for the city. The 336.9-meter Jin Tower is not only a landmark office building in Tianjin but also the tallest building north of the Yangtze River in China, ranking 26th globally. The Jin Tower set several new records in Tianjin's architectural history with the introduction of world-class innovative technologies in design, construction, and supporting facilities. Unlike previous buildings that maintained balance using central heavy sphere structures, the Jin Tower utilizes the most advanced steel plate shear wall structure; it's also the tallest building globally constructed using this technique. The Jin Tower office building is one of the world's rare purely high-rise office buildings. In 2011, it won the California Building Structural Design Award.
