Features: Straight seam welded pipes have a simple production process, high production efficiency, low cost, and rapid development. The strength of spiral welded pipes is generally higher than that of straight seam welded pipes. Narrower slabs can be used to produce welded pipes with larger diameters, and welded pipes with different diameters can be produced using slabs of the same width. However, compared with straight seam pipes of the same length, the weld length increases by 30~100%, and the production process is more complex.
